My Lil' Quilt Shop opened its doors in November of 2006. I rented out a small place in the back of the Millington eye doctor's building and started redoing the place. As I started ordering all my fabric and bolts, I quickly was running out of space. I was in there for about a year and then the front of the building, where I currently am, became available for rent. I talked it over with my husband and we made the decision to move to the front. There was a lot of renovating that we had to do, but now the new storeroom is a lot bigger and brighter. With the bigger space my employees and I have more room to help and interact with our customers. I have 28 years of experience and love what I do.

I have many unique items that most stores in the area don't carry. I have silk ribbon in 2, 4 and 7mm, peral cotton, Quilt Smart, preprinted interfacing, 9 different colors of pet screen, and a large collection of Batiks. I also have many books that are great for quilt design ideas. In store I have fat quarters, fabrics, patterns, notions, machine repair and quilt kits.
